Remedial Massage

We use a multitude of different modalities to ensure you get the most effective treatment specific to you. Whether it be Dry Needling, Cupping, Scraping, Deep Tissue Massage or Trigger Point Therapy, we have got you covered. Remedial massage is great for body maintenance, assists with athletic performance, treatment of scar tissue, headaches, and a range of aches and pains.

Exercise Programming

Physical Therapy sessions are highly individualised and can involve movement/postural analysis, exercise programming and prescription, specific technique correction, strength and conditioning and personalised or injury specific prehab programming. Each program includes scheduled weekly check ins for feedback and questions, 3 testing points (pre, mid, post) to ensure the program is working optimally for your needs/goals.

Infrared Sauna

The idea behind infrared therapy is to heat your body directly with far infrared heat. In a traditional sauna you are just sitting in a hot room of 80°C-105°C. In an infrared sauna, the heat is heating your body directly and only 20% of the heat is heating the air. Your body absorbs the infrared heat and reacts to it. The gentle infrared heat raise your core body temperature and stimulates your metabolism, lymphatic system, immune system and your cardiovascular system. Your body’s response to that is to sweat profusely. In addition to the infrared heat triggering a profuse sweat, the water in our bodies also resonates with far infrared heat and this also helps with the detoxification process.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Our Stretch Therapy sessions are aimed at increasing range of motion, enhancing general joint health and optimising muscle length and adaptability based on its unique architecture. Assisted table stretching allows you to move into unfamiliar positions for the greatest proprioceptive benefits - improving movement confidence, mobility, joint stability and, of course, general flexibility. The pace of the session is completely dependant on your goals at the time, whether that be; pre competition warm up/activation, post work out recovery, general maintenance or returning from injury.

Recovery Lounge

The Normatec compression system replicates and amplifies the body’s natural circulation for a therapeutic and rejuvenating massage experience. Whether you work out hard, are training for a race, experience swollen legs from travelling, stand for long hours at work, or suffer from inflammation or sore muscles, it is a proven way to increase circulation, and reduce pain and soreness.

 

The Venom heat system enhances the soothing relief of a heating pad with compression and vibration. The Venom system alleviates sore muscles and relaxes stiff joints, helps to support range of motion, and melts away tension, aches, and pains. Ideal for warmup and recovery.
